Traumas large and small can haunt us throughout our lives, but research has shown that writing about it can remove the emotional sting. Meet with this group to:
- Experience a safe, supportive environment with others who share your goal
- Write about your traumatic event, helping you integrate it into your personal history
- Discuss your writing if you choose
- Create art in response to your experience
